Hello nonprofit leaders,
The Rochester Area Nonprofit Consortium invites you to participate in Part II of our "Taking Action to Develop Shared Services" forum. Thanks to our Action Groups, we made significant progress in outlining our proposed approach for our top three collectively established priorities: joint purchasing of services, IT tech support, and health insurance.
Now that the Action Groups have developed proposed approaches, we need your help to move forward! Please join us to contribute your insights and feedback on one or more of the three priority areas. This will enable us to begin implementation in March.

Part I of "Taking Action to Develop Shared Services" took place on November 13, 2018 at which non-profit professionals and community leaders agreed that the Consortium should pursue three priorities and formed action groups for each priority. You do not need to have attended Part I to participate meaningfully in Part II.
About the Consortium: Funded by the Otto Bremer Trust, the Consortium was established by local non-profit executive directors in 2017 to explore developing shared services to increase operational efficiencies among area nonprofits. The Consortium is led by an Executive Committee including: Ability Building Center, Channel One Regional Food Bank, Diversity Council, Families First, Family Service Rochester, IMAA, NAMI SE MN, and Zumbro Valley Health Center.
